KITCHENER, ON April 7th 2016 – Mark your calendars! On April 14, 2016, join leaders in environmental sustainability from around the region as they come together to celebrate the actions and achievements local organizations have made in advancing the sustainability of Waterloo Region.
Sustainable Waterloo Region 7th annual Evening of Recognition will feature the release the Sustainable Waterloo Region’s 2015 year-end report, and highlight the future of sustainability in Waterloo Region.
“The Evening of Recognition is one of the region’s largest annual business events and puts a spotlight on the strides Waterloo Region has taken towards sustainability in the past year,” says Tova Davidson, Executive Director, Sustainable Waterloo Region. “We are excited to play host to the community again to not only celebrate the accomplishments of the members of the Regional Carbon Initiative and TravelWise, but to also look at the future of sustainability in our community.”
