Green Bin Program Promotion: Increased the number of participating schools in the Green Bin Program with the Region of Waterloo.There are now 4 new schools who are waiting to receive their green bins to be part of the program.

Infrastructure Upgrades: There were multiple upgrades made in the buildings, including building automation system upgrades, high efficiency boiler upgrades, exterior doors, roofs and windows and lighting . Rooftop units were also upgrades to be energy efficient.

Multiple Building Upgrades: Energy consumption in buildings was reduced after several roofing projects, new exterior and interior LED lighting, heat pump upgrades, boiler upgrades, and new windows and doors that prevented heat loss.

Lightning Retrofit: Completed a retrofit of lighting in the gym and library at Sir Edgar Bauer, which achieved electricity savings of 18, 349 KwH per year. Additionally, they completed a retrofit at St. Nicholas of the gym and the library, achieving electricity savings of 24,915 KwH/yr.
