Canada’s first net-positive energy multi-tenant building is currently under development by the Cora Group, on track for completion and move-in late 2018. This unique project was envisioned by Sustainable Waterloo Region, The Cora Group, The David Johnston Research + Technology Park, and EY Canada.
SWR is working with a variety of partners on the creation of evolvGREEN – an innovation hub on the main floor of evolv1 that fosters the development of our local clean economy and a culture of sustainability in the building.
evolvGREEN is the region’s foremost collaborative workspace for entrepreneurs, researchers and clean economy supporters. Located in Canada’s first net positive office building, evolv1, we offer a community approach to driving the clean economy and leading changes that will reduce environmental impact and improve well-being.
