The Transform Project is an innovative University of Waterloo research study that looks at real examples (including many members of the SWR network) from around the world of companies that have made deeply transformational change to a sustainable business model. The project mapped the pathways to get to this kind of transformation including key milestone, actors, and influences that can be now used in other companies that are interested in being deeply sustainable.
