What is Climate Fest?
Climate Fest is a free vibrant, community-led festival celebrating local climate action through skill-building workshops, live music, art, and meaningful partnerships advancing sustainability in Waterloo Region!
In 2025, we hosted the inaugural Climate Fest, welcoming 500+ attendees and collaborating with 30+ organizations.

Hosted by Climate Action WR
ClimateActionWR is a collaboration of local organizations, community members, and municipalities in Waterloo Region focused on climate change mitigation. Co-led by Reep Green Solutions and Sustainable Waterloo Region, we coordinate and engage the community to advance local climate action plans toward an 80% GHG reduction by 2050.
