At the end of June, we held a virtual event, Impact Tool Training Session, which provided our network with an introduction to using our Impact Tool to help calculate their organization’s carbon emissions.
Led by guest speakers Vanessa Pereira and Raisa Islam, the hour-long session guided attendees through everything from understanding emissions scopes to generating meaningful reports that support sustainability goals.
Through covering the why behind emissions tracking, attendees learned the benefits of tracing carbon emissions, including identifying inefficiencies/ wasteful practices and supporting progress towards net-zero and carbon-neutral targets.
Attendees also gained a valuable walkthrough of the platform to help our members navigate the ins and outs of tracking carbon emissions with the Impact Tool.
