EHT Group is Sustainable Waterloo Region’s newest member of the Impact Network, joining as an Observing Organization!
As a member, they become connected to an extensive network of like-minded organizations to share and learn best practices. Members in our network have invested in better understanding the impacts of their operations on environmental sustainability. They use program resources to build a culture of sustainability among employees, and to engage employees as sustainability advocates while also adapting policy and reducing impact through realistic sustainability targets.
“We are so happy to have EHT Group as part of the Sustainable Waterloo Region network,” said Tova Davidson, Executive Director. “Not only do they support their clients to reduce their impact on the environment, they are now demonstrating an added level of commitment to a better future. Together we will look at their impacts and ways to make their business stronger and more resilient through sustainability action.”
EHT Group is located in Kitchener and provides heat trace software and services. EHT Group is passionate about making an environmental impact and helping companies function at their most efficient while also making electrical heat trace maintenance easy for worldwide customers.
“We are very grateful to be selected as one of the companies to partner with SWR, and are very excited to showcase our impact and the environmental and power savings we achieve for our large industrial customers across North America.” – Conor – EHT Group
In their short time since joining the program, EHT Group has demonstrated a commitment to sustainability via their work with other facilities in reducing emissions. EHT has further expressed an interest in reducing their carbon footprint by enhancing sustainability efforts as they focus on expanding their business.
We are thrilled to have an industry leader like EHT Group join the other 90+ organizations working towards more sustainable operations in Waterloo Region, and we can’t wait to see what their first year of membership brings.
